Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change pricing or plan features with prior notice.

All content, software, and materials within Salesa are the property of Salesa or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle data.
We comply with global data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, and Thailand’s PDPA.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salesa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect product or legal changes.
If changes are material, we will notify you before they take effect.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
